I have a lot of gadgets. And I like them all. But my favorite is definitely my MP3 music player. I bought it with money I saved from my part-time job. It was the top model at that time, so it was quite expensive. I have more than ten thousands songs on it now, and carry it with me wherever I go. I listen to it on the bus on the way to school, during the lunch break, and even sometimes in my lectures if they are really boring.

Atama-ii books

In this book series, there are 10 books.
These books have a unique style and you can choose scenarios yourself. There are 8 endings in a story depending on your will so you can enjoy this bifurcated system and you would feel as if you read multiple books. Even if you are an absolute English beginner, you have no problem. They have vocabulary support pages on the first part, cool illustrations which make you easy to understand its contents, and plain English.

We will show you our examples below.

IMMORTAL EMPIRE51LDmHyi7LL._SY346_.jpg
                                                              You are a god.
At the beginning of time, you watch as the first people appear. They learn to walk on two legs, hunt other animals, make fire, and grow food.
Their lives are so short, you think, Why do they die so easily? You wish that you could make them immortal like you.

We read IMMORTAL EMPIRE because at first we couldn’t imagine the story from this title.

First, god watch as the first people appear. God start to watch them, Edinese people. And god pities that their lives are so short. Then, god spoke to them and taught them many things in their dream. Their life style became better and better. They knew how to cut stone and made all buildings, learn the movement of stars...like that. One day, a war happened! An empire crossed the sea and many, many Edinese people are killed because they are so peaceful and don't know how to fight. But a few of them are alive in the mountain. God taught them how to make Great wall. Edin became famous for this wall. Many ships came from far away to see the wall. In long, peaceful days, thanks to the wall, people became wiser and wiser. Some people are advanced in science and the arts. And some have natural resources and others made high-quality goods in factories. God told them to make a university then. At this time, new problems come out. A woman scientist said, "there are no gods." Some people are angry and some people believe her. So god appears in front of her when she is awake because her dreams are closed to god. She was so surprised and came to believe the existence of god and write books. The crisis has spared. Immortal Empire ends happily.

This book is so interesting and you can feel the difference of culture between Japan and Western countries. This time I can’t have endings that realize Immortal Empire.

THE NORTH FENCE

You are a ranch hand.
The year is 1910.
“Nice to meet you, Night,” you say to the horse.

The main character of this story is a ranch hand. He came by train from the east, where is Saskatchewan.
He met his new boss, Gilbert Sweatman. And Gilbert gave him Night, who is a young black horse. Gilbert has a wife named Hilda.
The main character’s job is to feed the farm animals and to check the fence around Gilbert's land. The fence is thirty-two kilometers long!
Today, he found something big moving beyond the north fence when he worked as usual. It was a very big bear. He consulted with Gilbert and decided to make a new fence so that bears would not come in...

This book approaches the choice of killing a bear or rebuilding the fence. I chose the latter, because I didn't want to kill animals. But I was surprised by the unexpected result.
Please read it !

 TORNADO ALLEYhttps://images-fe.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/518kuXrXrCL._SY346_.jpg

You are a writer.
Yesterday, your boss emailed you. “We have a new series,” she wrote. “It’s called ‘Real America’. We want you to travel to small towns and write about them.”

The hero is a writer who writes travel stories and wants to be a news writer. The boss tells him to go to small towns because of travel stories. But when the writer had lunch, he found that the town is a place where tornados occur often. When he was told by the waitress that a tornado comes, he decided to escape. However, he can't locate a shelter. Then two young men come driving, who are tornado hunters. You have to choose whether you go with them. Because it is dangerous to go to a tornado, I like a option that I don't. If you choosed the choice, the waitress comes to him in his car, and she told him to go with her. Then she gets a call from her mother. Here you must choose whether he goes with her or to a shelter. Can he survive the tornado? Please read it!

THE LOST CUP

You are a detective.
And you would like to find the lost world cup of soccer. John, your partner detective, finds a man who knows where it is. His name is Sergio. I suppose that he should tell me that. However, he says
We can't talk here. It's too dangerous.

Actually I abandoned John to get the cup and he fell down 750 meters to his death, and I lost my credit and I was forced to quit my job. I seem very unwise as I have to choose one from a few alternatives. I know money is not important even in human society. But the temptation of money is so intense that you cannot endure.

context
To be specific, Smith, Pacheco, and de Almeidas study investigated bilingual students multimodal composition in a formal learning context

(Cho (current issue) investigated how three L2 learners collaboratively wrote on Google Docs and used Skype to facilitate their discussion in an in-school but informal context

the tasks involved authentic, naturally motivated topics and contexts rather than collaborative writing prescribed by teachers as a language learning exercise (this volume)

study closely examined the meaning-making process of L2 learners through negotiation with contextual factors such as modes, tools, and languages.

Lin further explored seven contextual factors that may impact the effectiveness of CMC in SLA, and suggested that research settings

They also highlight how language development through CMC depends on a variety of contextual factors, including the writing environment provided and learner characteristics.s study compared multimodal composition between in-school and out-of-school settings, looking at writing outcomes in the two contexts.

indicate
Their study indicated that the different impact on students writing is mostly due to the inherent affordances of chats and text-based communication.
However, those findings contradict the findings of Lins (2014) meta-analysis study, which indicated no significant moderating effect of modality

The north fence review

I read "THE NORTH FENCE".
That is because its front cover had a great impact.
This is Atama-ii series books.
I want to tell the story's out line.
This story is about working on a ranch in Canada in the early 20th century.
In this book,I am a ranch hand.
One day,I met a big bear. It was close to break through a fence and attack farm animals.
So,I shot three times into the air,but this shots made it angry.
RRRRROOOAAAAAAAARRRRRR!
The bear roars again. With a wave of its arms,it breaks through the fence. It's about four meters away now.
I think it is difficult to work at farms.
If you read this book in different ways, you can find another endings.
So,you should read it many times!!
